hospital records are full of diagnosis codes that were retired years ago. this pipeline embeds every code and matches it to its modern equivalent, replacing crosswalks that clinical coders used to build by hand.

applies 99 published, validated case definitions and comorbidity scores to health claims data, with every code traced back to its source.

one outdoor risk score for any manitoba community, built from twelve live government feeds: weather, air quality, wildfire, water, vector-borne disease and health advisories. the disease models are validated against real west nile surveillance data.
